What are the differences between the new iroha+ and the original three iroha products?

The iroha+ is a powered-up version with new functions.
Featuring the unique softness of the original iroha, the iroha+ has more dynamic shapes and a stronger motor, in a new waterproof structure.
What are the differrences in the vibration speeds?

The iroha+ features two stronger speeds that at their highest are 1.5 times stronger than the original irohas, as well as a new pulse pattern.
Is the iroha+ waterproof?

Yes, the iroha+ can be submerged and used in depths of up to 50cm (19.5″).
What are the differences in each design?

Each iroha+ has a structure that lends itself to certain uses.

How does iroha+ differ from other products on the market?

The iroha brand’s unique Soft Touch Silicone feels incredible against the skin, with a soft, marhsmallow-like touch.
How does the YORU open?

The YORU’s open lips allow you to squeeze inwards. Please do not stretch outwards as this may damage the product.
How do you turn the iroha+ ON?

Please press and hold the + Button to turn ON. You can press and hold the – Button to turn OFF.
Is the iroha+ battery powered?

The iroha+ uses a rechargeable battery.
Each product comes with a Charging Base, USB Cable and Wall Plug Adapter so please use these to charge the item.
■ Charging Time: Approx 120min
■ Running Time: Approx 60min at full power
Are the controls difficult?

The iroha+ uses a simple two-button interface to cycle smoothly through its strengths/patterns. You can cycle backwards and forwards, so it’s easy to find the setting you’re looking for.
How safe are the iroha+'s materials?

The iroha+ is made of bodysafe Silicone.
Also, due to it being waterproof and easy to wash, the iroha+ is very hygienic.
How do I wash the iroha+?

Please use cold or tepid water to wash. If there are dirty areas please use neutral or mild soap.

※ Do not boil or wash with hot water.
※ Do not use any alcoholic toy cleaners as this may damage the product skin.
Is it ok to use it with lubricants?

Yes! Please be sure to use ONLY water-based lubricants.
(WARNING)
*Please do not use with silicone-based lubricants, or oil-based products such as massage oil or baby oil. Usage of these substances may result in discoloring and/or deformation of the product.
Can I use TENGA Brand Lubricants?

The iroha+ is compatible with TENGA’s EGG LOTION or PLAY GEL products.
*Product availability may vary by country.
How many times can I use the iroha+?

While this varies on the method of use and maintenance by the user, the iroha+ comes with a 1 Year Warranty.

Can I charge my iroha+ overseas?

We can not recommend nor be held liable for use of the product outside of country of purchase due to differing electricity specifications. Doing so will void your warranty, so please refrain from using outside of the country of purchase.

How do I dispose of the iroha+?

Disposal of silicone items and rechargeable batteries differs from location to location, so please contact your local municipality for further information.
