FAQs regarding iroha RIN（AKANE・KOGANE）

What kind of product is the iroha RIN?

We created the iroha RIN to help everyone discover their own pleasure, not just from external vibrations but with insertable sensations.
A soft, spherical tip sits atop the RIN’s firm length, for easy insertion.
The flexible tip can move during use, creating a sensation that is new for everyone.
How are the iroha RIN and iroha zen different?

The iroha RIN and iroha zen can both be enjoyed as battery-powered vibrating items, but the RIN offers a soft spherical tip that provides a brand new sensation for insertable pleasure.
How are the iroha RIN and iroha RIN+ different?

The iroha RIN is battery-powered, while the RIN+ is rechargeable. The RIN+ features additional vibration settings and a stronger motor, and is slightly longer than the RIN.
The iroha RIN and RIN+ both feature an elongated shape and spherical tip.
Are there any functional differences between the colors?

The colors are purely for aesthetic difference, so please choose the color you like the most!
How do I turn the product on?

With the batteries inserted facing the correct way, push & hold button on base of product for 3 seconds to turn ON/OFF.
How many vibration modes does it have?

The iroha RIN has 4 vibration modes.
LOW: A slow, soft vibration
MID: A medium range vibration
HIGH: A strong, fast vibration
PULSE: Rhythmic Pulsing
After turning the item on by pressing and holding the button at the base of the product, press the button to cycle through vibration modes.
Do I need to buy batteries for the product?

The iroha RIN runs on 2 AAA batteries.
※ A pair of tester batteries is included, to check if product functions properly at purchase.
■ Running time: Approx. 4 Hours
Ensure positive and negative ends of battery are faced correctly.
* See the + and – signs at entry to battery compartment.
Can I use the product in the bath?

The product is fully waterproof up to 50cm (Approx. 20 inches).
Please do not expose to strong water currents or depths over 50cm.
※ Use in water can expose your body to the water you are using it in. Please ensure that you are using the item in a hygienic environment.
Is it hygienic and safe to use?

The product is made of body-safe silicone that is non-toxic to the human body.
The product is fully washable and can be cleaned before and after use to keep it hygienically safe.
Can I wash it with soap?

Please wash with cold or tepid water. If using soap, please use only a mild, neutral soap.
※ Do not clean with hot water. Do not place in hot or cold water for extended periods of time.
※ Do not clean with alcohol or highly acidic/alkaline cleaners. This may cause disﬁguration of product.
※ Do not remove Battery Cap when washing.
Can I use the product with lubricants, lotions or oils?

Use only water-based lubricants with this product.
※ Do not use with silicone-based lubricants, massage oils or other oils such as baby oils. This could lead to product damage, discoloration or deformation of product, and will void product warranty.
Use of oil-based products with this item may cause malfunction, discoloration or deformation.
The Cap won't screw on properly. What can I do?

Please align the two marks as shown below, and turn the Cap clockwise to lock it in place.
I just bought the product, but I think it might be broken.

Is there a Product Warranty?

This product is covered by a 3 month Warranty from the date of purchase.
Please contact us if you have any problems within the warranty period.
How should I dispose of this product?

Please dispose of the item according to your local disposal laws and regulations.
