FAQs regarding iroha stick

What kind of product is the iroha stick?

We want self-care to be as pleasurable and as simple as the other small indulgences in your daily life. That’s why we designed the iroha stick, a compact item easy to slip into a pocket or purse.
Easy to hold, with a soft silicone tip that is gentle on skin, iroha stick is waterproof –in the bath, the bedroom, or on the road, iroha stick is ready when you are.
Are there any functional differences between the colors?

The colors are purely for aesthetic difference, so please choose the color you like the most!
How do I turn the product on?

Upon purchase, an insulation sheet will be blocking the circuit inside the Battery Cover; please remove this sheet.
Once this is removed, replace the Battery Cover and turn the Power Dial clockwise to turn on.
Can I control the vibration strength of the product?

Once the Power Dial is in the ON position, turning the dial further clockwise will make the vibration stronger.
Turning the Power Dial anticlockwise towards the OFF position will make the vibration weaker. Turn the Power Dial all the way anticlockwise to turn the product OFF.
How many vibration modes does it have?

The iroha stick has one continuous vibration mode. You can change the strength of vibration with the Power Dial.
Do I need to buy batteries for the product?

The iroha stick runs on 1 AAA battery.
※ A tester battery is included, to check if product functions properly at purchase.
■ Running Time: Approx. 5 Hrs at max strength.
Can I use the product in the bath?

The product is fully waterproof up to 50cm (Approx. 20 inches).
Please do not expose to strong water currents or depths over 50cm.
※ Use in water can expose your body to the water you are using it in. Please ensure that you are using the item in a hygienic environment.
Is it hygienic and safe to use?

The product is fully washable and can be cleaned before and after use to keep it hygienically safe.
Can I wash it with soap?

Please wash with cold or tepid water. If using soap, please use only a mild, neutral soap.
※ Do not clean with hot water. Do not place in hot or cold water for extended periods of time.
※ Do not clean with alcohol or highly acidic/alkaline cleaners. This may cause disﬁguration of product.
※ Do not remove Battery Cap when washing. If waterproof packing is dirty, please ensure not to get the electronic components wet, by cleaning with a dry cloth.
Can I use the product with lubricants, lotions or oils?

Use only water-based lubricants with this product.
※ Do not use with silicone-based lubricants, massage oils or other oils such as baby oils. This could lead to product damage, discoloration or deformation of product, and will void product warranty.
Use of oil-based products with this item may cause malfunction, discoloration or deformation.
I just bought the product, but I think it might be broken.

Is there a Product Warranty?

This product is covered by a 3 month Warranty from the date of purchase.
Please contact us if you have any problems within the warranty period.
How should I dispose of the product?

Please dispose of the item according to your local disposal laws and regulations.
