FAQs regarding iroha ukidama（TAKE・HOSHI・HANA）

What kind of product is the iroha ukidama?

The iroha ukidama opens new avenues for self-care.
Combine vibration and light modes to tailor your experience.
Floating in the bath or glowing in bed, the iroha ukidama will help you relax wherever you are.
Bring out your radiance with the iroha ukidama. Provide gentle illumination during your bath-time, or switch to the vibration mode for either a relaxing massage or self-pleasure.
※ The iroha ukidama is not exclusively for the bath, it can also be used to relax in the bedroom before sleep.
What differences are there between this product and other iroha brand items?

The iroha ukidama can function as a bath light and massager, for self-care and pleasure during intimate moments with your body, both in the bath and out.
Bathe in soft, relaxing light as it floats in your bath, or soothe your fatigue with a massage, thanks to the vibration mode. With the mood set, intimate self-pleasure has never felt better.
Do iroha ukidama products with different light cover designs have different functions?

The light cover designs are purely for aesthetic differences, so please choose the color you like the most!
How do I turn the product on?

Push & Hold Vibration Button (flower symbol) or Light Button (round symbol) on front of Product for 3 seconds to turn respective functions ON/OFF.
※ The item will not turn on when charging. Attempting to charge the item during vibration will turn on the charging lamp and the item will turn off.
How many vibration modes and light modes does the iroha ukidama have?

The iroha ukidama features 3 strengths of vibration and 1 rhythm pattern, making a total of 4 vibration modes. There are also 3 brightness levels and 1 light pattern, making a total of 4 light modes.
After turning the respective functions on by pressing and holding the buttons at the front of the product, press the button to cycle through vibration modes.
The vibration button and light button are separate, allowing you to use them simultaneously or separately as you desire.
Do I need to buy batteries for the product?

The iroha ukidama is a rechargeable item and does not require additional batteries for use.
To charge, attach the included USB Cable to the Magnetic Terminal on the product and connect the USB terminal to a USB port connected to a PC or wall-plug adapter.
■ Charging Time: Approx. 60 min (5V1A Lithium Ion Polymer Battery)
■ Running Time (Full Power):
Light Only: Approx. 210min
Vibration Only: Approx. 60min
Light and Vibration: Approx. 45min
Connect the USB Cable to the Magnetic Terminal with the Flower symbol facing upwards.
If charging properly, the charging lamp will turn ON.
※ The product will not charge if the USB Cable is connected facing the wrong way.
Can I use the product in the bath?

The product is fully waterproof up to 50cm (Approx. 20 inches).
Please do not expose to strong water currents or depths over 50cm.
※ The exposed metal Magnetic Terminal on the Product Body will not cause an electric shock even if it is placed underwater.
※ The included USB Cable is not waterproof.
※ Use in water can expose your body to the water you are using it in. Please ensure that you are using the item in a hygienic environment.
Is it hygienic and safe to use?

The product is made of body-safe silicone that is non-toxic to the human body.
The product is fully washable and can be cleaned before and after use to keep it hygienically safe.
Can I remove the light cover to clean it?

The product is designed to be waterproof. However, water may enter through the gap between the body and light cover.
Firmly squeeze the light cover from the sides. Insert a finger into the gap that forms and remove the body. Clean the cover with cold or lukewarm water and then wipe out the moisture inside. Dry the cover and then reattach it to the body.
The light cover can be reattached by hooking the cover’s edge on the groove on the body and pushing the body into it.
※ Do not pull on or twist the light cover with excessive force to avoid damaging it.
Can I wash it with soap?

Please wash with cold or tepid water. If using soap, please use only a mild, neutral soap.
※ Do not clean with hot water. Do not place in hot or cold water for extended periods of time.
※ Do not clean with alcohol or highly acidic/alkaline cleaners. This may cause disﬁguration of product.
Can I use the product with lubricants, lotions, or oils?

Use only water-based lubricants with this product.
※ Do not use with silicone-based lubricants, massage oils or other oils such as baby oils. This could lead to product damage, discoloration or deformation of product, and will void product warranty.
Use of oil-based products with this item may cause malfunction, discoloration or deformation.
I just bought the product, but I think it might be broken.

Can I use the charging bases / cases / cables and wall plug adapters from other iroha brand items?

Only the Wall Plug Adapters from other iroha items are compatible with this product.
The charging cable is only compatible with the iroha mai, the iroha RIN+, and the iroha ukidama.
Can I use other USB Cables available on the market?

The USB Cable is a Magnetic USB Cable that was made solely for this product, and is not available elsewhere.
As such, please do not buy USB Cables from other vendors for use with this product.
Please contact us should you lose your iroha USB Cable.
※ If there are any issues with the USB cable included with your product, it may be covered by our 1 Year Warranty, so please contact us.
There is no Wall Plug Adapter included. What should I do?

The product doesn’t include a Wall Plug Adapter. Please use a wall plug adapter you have available, or purchase one for use with the product.
The product can also be charged with a PC USB Port.
※ Please ensure the USB Port / Wall Plug Adapter you are using has an output of at least 5V1A to ensure no damage to either item.
Is there a Product Warranty?

This product is covered by a 1 Year Warranty from the date of purchase.
Please contact us if you have any problems within the warranty period.
How should I dispose of this product?

Please dispose of the item according to your local disposal laws and regulations.
