How are iroha items used?

iroha items are luxury massagers designed for self-pleasure.

Are iroha YUKI / MIDORI / SAKURA battery powered?

These iroha products are powered by a rechargeable battery.
Plug in the USB Cable to the Charging Base, connect to a wall plug via the Adapter and place the iroha on the base to charge. *All mentioned parts are included with your purchase.
■Charging Time: Approx. 120min
■Continuous Usage Time: Approx. 90min at full power.
What are the differences between the three products?

Due to their different shapes, each can be used in a different manner.

How does the iroha series differ from products from other brands?

With iroha’s pioneering Soft Touch material, they are softer to the touch than any other product on the market, featuring a gentle quality when in contact with skin.
Are they safe and hygienic?

The body of the iroha products is made of bodysafe Silicone.
With iroha’s splashproof design, it can be washed with water for easy maintenance.
Can I use iroha products in the bath?

Although the iroha products are water-resistant, they are not submersible, so please refrain from use in a bath or inside water.
Can iroha products be washed with soap?

Please use cold or tepid water to wash the iroha products. For further cleaning, please use a mild or neutral soap.

※Please do NOT boil or leave inside washing agents for prolonged periods of time.
※Please do NOT use Alcohol or other highly acidic or alkaline cleaners as this may cause damage to the product.
If using a toy cleaner, please ensure there is no alcohol content, as this can damage the outer layer of the iroha item.
Is it ok to use it with lubricants?

Yes! Please be sure to use ONLY water-based lubricants.
(WARNING)
*Please do not use with silicone-based lubricants, or oil-based products such as massage oil or baby oil. Usage of these substances may result in discoloring and/or deformation of the product.
How do I turn it on?

Press and hold the + button to turn the product on. Press and hold the – button to turn it off.
Are they difficult to use?

Using only two buttons to turn the product ON and OFF and to cycle through power modes, the iroha brand products are simple to use.
How many times can I use an iroha product?

Times may vary according to factors such as usage frequency and conditions, but all iroha products are covered by a 1 year warranty.
Please contact us if you have any questions or feel your product may be defective.
How do I dispose of this product?

Disposal of silicone items and rechargeable batteries differs from location to location, so please contact your local municipality for further information.

Why is there a smell when I first open my iroha?

There may be a smell upon first opening the product. However, please rest assured that this smell will not affect your health.
It is from the material used to make the iroha, but will dissipate over time.
My iroha seems to be broken.

If you believe the product is damaged due to factory defect, please submit an inquiry through our Contact Page.
Can I charge the item outside the country of purchase?

We can not recommend nor be held liable for use of the product outside of country of purchase due to differing electricity specifications. Doing so will void your warranty, so please refrain from using outside of the country of purchase.
