• How are the iroha RIN and iroha zen different?

  The iroha RIN and iroha zen can both be enjoyed as battery-powered vibrating items, but the RIN offers a soft spherical tip that provides a brand new sensation for insertable pleasure.

• Do I need to buy batteries for the iroha RIN?

  The iroha RIN runs on 2 AAA batteries.
  ※ A pair of tester batteries is included, to check if product functions properly at purchase.
  ■ Running time: Approx. 4 Hours

• Can I use the iroha RIN in the bath?

  The iroha RIN is fully waterproof up to 50cm (Approx. 19.65 inches.)
  Please do not expose to strong water currents or depths over 50cm.
  ※ Use in water can expose your body to the water you are using it in. Please ensure that you are using the item in a hygienic environment.

• How do I turn the product on?

  With the batteries inserted facing the correct way, press and hold the Power Button at the base to turn the product On.

• How many vibration modes does the iroha RIN have?

  The iroha RIN has 4 vibration modes.
  LOW: A slow, soft vibration
  MID: A medium range vibration
  HIGH: A strong, fast vibration
  PULSE: Rhythmic Pulsing

• How hygienic is the iroha RIN?

  The iroha RIN is waterproof, meaning you can clean it easily with water. Please clean before and after every use, pat dry, and store in a hygienic place.

• I just bought the item and it doesn't work. What can I do?

  Please read the “”Troubleshooting”” section of the User Manual.
  If you feel the item is defective, please contact us here.
  ※ Product Warranty: 3 Months from Purchase

• How should I dispose of this product?

  Please dispose of the item according to your local disposal laws and regulations.

• Can I wash the iroha RIN with soap?

  Please wash the iroha RIN with cold or tepid water. If you wish to use soap, please ensure the soap is a mild, neutral soap.

  (Caution)
  ※ Do not remove Battery Cap when washing.
  ※ Do not boil, place in hot water, or leave product submerged for extended periods of time.
  ※ Do not wash with alcoholic or acidic substances, as this may lead to product deformation.

• Can I use the product with lubricants, lotions or oils?

  Please only use water-based lubricants with the iroha RIN.

  (Caution)
  ※ Do not use with silicone-based lubricants, massage oils or other oils such as baby oils. This could lead to product damage, discoloration or deformation of product, and will void product warranty.

• The Cap won't screw on properly. What can I do?

  Please align the two marks as shown below, and turn the Cap clockwise to lock it in place.

  

• Are there any functional differences between the colors?

  The colors are purely for aesthetic difference, so please choose the color you like the most!

• How do I change the vibration modes?

  Pressing the Power Button will cycle through the vibration modes.
